Information we collect

The enquiry form on this website does not transmit data to our servers. When you submit it, your own email application is opened with the details you entered, and the message is sent by you to our sales mailbox. We therefore receive the information you choose to include: your name, company, country, email address, the torch model or part numbers you are asking about, and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange an order or shipment, and keep the commercial records that Chinese accounting and export rules require. We do not sell, rent or publish your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

Your details may be shared with the freight forwarder, customs broker or bank involved in your shipment, and with our accountants, strictly to the extent needed to complete the transaction. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence and commercial documents are kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and for the retention periods required by law. You may ask us to delete enquiry correspondence that is not connected to an order.
